The Center in Houston for Infant Learning and Development (CHILD) was formed in December of 2007 to promote early childhood education through the dissemenation of educational materials and sponsorship of seminars and training for parents and early childhood education professionals in the Houston community.
Why CHILD?
As a result of more than twenty-one years of nurturing, developing and educating Houston’s young children, our faculty and staff have learned a great deal about child and family growth and development. Additionally, our organization has developed substantial training programs through a qualified and experienced team of early childhood educators. It is our goal to share this knowledge and accumulation of resources with early childhood education professionals and parents in the Houston community through CHILD.
